Founders Day in Urbanna

A celebration of the Founder's of Urbanna!  A family fun day includes pirates, colonial interpreters, storytelling, the town cryer, colonial tradesmen demonstrations and more!

There will be good old fashioned games for children, such as corn hole, croquet, ropes, sword fighting and walk the plank.

Walk our beautiful waterfront, small town with plenty of shops and restaurants.  Chesapeake Inn and a choice of Bed and Breakfasts are right in town for your overnight accommodations, so you can stay and take a Rappahannock River cruise, play mini golf, ride the trolley around the area or walk the historical tour.

Come out and enjoy Founder's Day to experience the river life in our charming small town, URBANNA!
