The Upstairs Downstairs All Around The House Art Show

An opportunity to purchase handmade, one of a kind Christmas gifts is given when 12 artists set up in all the rooms of Locust Grove Plantation.  Each artist creates their own gallery in each of the rooms to show and sell their art or craft.  Locust Grove is decorated for Christmas and the dining room is filled with fabulous food and hot drinks for you to enjoy. From the moment you step into this home, which was rebuilt in 1775, you will feel the Christmas spirit all around you.  Paintings, pocketbooks, jewelry, Christmas decorations, cards, and Native American artwork are just a few of the lovely gifts that you will find at this unique arts and crafts show.

     This year there will also be a Civil War Living History encampment set up around the outside of the house.  The reenactors will be celebrating "Christmas at Locust Grove."
